- Patient portal health fields you choose to fill in: Blood group, Allergies, Existing conditions, Current medicines, Emergency contact.
- Technical data: cookies, login session tokens, IP address and standard server logs.
How we use this information
- To create your account and log you in securely with an OTP.
- To book, change and remind you of appointments.
- To answer the questions you send us.
- To keep a simple personal record of your visits in the patient portal.
- To operate, secure and improve this website.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored in this site’s WordPress database on our web host. Appointment and portal entries are also copied to a Google Sheet that our staff maintain using Google Apps Script. Reminders and replies may be sent to you on WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms), so those messages are also held by WhatsApp under its own terms. If you message us on a Meta page (Facebook or Instagram), Meta holds that message too.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data while your account is active and as long as we need it for your appointment and portal records, and after that for as long as the law requires. You may ask us to delete your portal record (see your rights below); we will do so unless a legal or clinical record-keeping duty requires us to keep it.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for login sessions and security. We do not sell your data and do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site.
Children
The patient portal is for patients or their parents/guardians. Records for children are entered by a parent or guardian.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run this site (web hosting, Google Sheets and Apps Script, WhatsApp/Meta for messages) and where the law requires it.
Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to:

Consultation fees are ₹800 for a new consultation and ₹500 for a follow-up. Fees are collected by the clinic and are separate from this website.
